| 4. | Correction of grades and marks by applicants (if needed) | Monday, 10 April – Tuesday, 11 April 2023 (09:00 AM – 01:00 PM) If there is any anomaly of grades/marks displayed in the website, please contact the Registrar’s Office in the administrative building of IUT with original and attested photocopy of relevant documents during the above mentioned time. |

| 8. | Photo upload and Admit Card Download | 11 May 2023 – 17 May 2023 (11:59 pm)
If any candidate fails to generate admit card within the specified time, he/she will not be allowed to generate it anymore unless that candidate comply point 9. |
| 9. | Admit Card Download related Problem Solving | Thursday, 18 May (10:00 am – 5:00 pm)
If any candidate faces any problem to generate admit card, he/she has to come physically to IUT, office of the Registrar for resolving the issue. |

| 11. | Submission of department/progamme choices | 01 June 2023(11:59 pm) – 06 June 2023(11:59 pm) Candidates failing to provide Department choices will be eliminated from admission processes. |
Decisions regarding Admission taken by the IUT Authority is final.
