Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) (Bengali: মিলিটারি ইনস্টিটিউট অফ সায়েন্স অ্যান্ড টেকনোলজি) is a public engineering university in Bangladesh located at Mirpur Cantonment, Dhaka. MIST is a government engineering and technological research institution under the Ministry of Defence. Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh established it in 1998 for providing B.Sc Engineering, M.Sc / M. Engineering, M.Phil and PhD degrees in Engineering.

  • Written Admission Test:
    • Unit A at 1000-1300 hours, Saturday 18 March 2023
    • Unit B at 1000-1300 hours and 1500-1700 hours, Saturday 18 March 2023
  • Application Fee: Tk 1000 (Unit A), Tk 1200 (Unit B and Unit A+B)

There will be no multiple-choice type questions (MCQ). Questions for the written test will be based on the current syllabus HSC examination-2022. The marks distribution for both units is as follows:

The questions of MIST admission test is completely based on the syllabus of the current year of HSC examination of all boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education. The distribution of marks is as follows:
